Can I return my PrivacyPod unit?
Yes—most indoor PrivacyPod models are covered by our 30‑day return policy. If the booth arrives unused, with all original packaging and hardware, simply email info@privacypod.ai within 30 days of delivery to open a return case. We’ll issue a prepaid label and detailed shipping instructions. Once the pod is back in our Wisconsin warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (minus a 50 % restocking fee) within 7‑10 business days.
Important exceptions
- Outdoor Pods and Home Pods are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
