Two booths we should have added sooner

We put two on our patient floor near the family waiting area and they've solved a very specific problem for us. Visitors were constantly trying to take work calls in hallways, stairwells, wherever they could get a little quiet. Now they can step into one of these, open a laptop and get through a Zoom without the whole floor in the background. Staff use them too when they need ten minutes for a call between rounds. The blue interior keeps them from feeling sterile, which I appreciate. They're occupied way more than I thought they would be.

We bought one for our admin area because private calls kept ending up in empty offices. It gets used a lot. Only snag: the occupancy light stayed on way longer than we wanted after somebody left. Support showed facilities where to change the delay and that was it. Fixed the same afternoon, but would've been nice to know of this adjustment prior.

The colored pods solved the call problem in our coworking area

We run an open coworking space and private calls were always one of the harder things to accommodate. We added six S Pods and they've been a great fit. Members are in them constantly for calls, Zoom meetings and anything where they need a little quiet. We went with three different interior colors, so people have naturally started referring to them as the blue, yellow or green pods. We also did the wood-grain accent tables, which was a nice custom touch. They've given us the privacy we were missing without taking away from the open feel of the space.

Matching pods, different jobs

We ordered the M and S together in black/lime. Managers use the M for check-ins, sales grabs the S for solo calls. The colors look much better in person and the pair feels like it belongs in the office.

Two pods, two different jobs

We bought two S Pods and furnished them ourselves. One has a compact bench and side table and is basically our phone-call booth. The other is set up for podcast recording with a very small desk, mic arm and just enough surface space for a laptop. I would not try to squeeze full-size office furniture into an S Pod, but for these two specific setups the footprint works really well.
