The L Pod and L Pod Plus seat four, the XL Pod seats six, and the L ADA and XL ADA cover accessible four and six person rooms. Standard pods (S through XL) use an aircraft-grade T6061 aluminum frame, 1.8-inch double-layer steel-and-plywood walls, and 0.44-inch laminated safety glass, the same construction as a windshield. They stand 91.6 inches tall. The Arc S, Arc SL, and Arc L are the curved line: an upholstered shell over a birch-and-aluminum structure, 86.9 inches tall for tighter ceilings. The Arc Series is not ADA compliant.

Standard pods are 91.6 inches tall, Arc pods 86.9. Leave 4 to 6 inches above for ventilation. Tight ceiling? Go Arc.

ISO 23351-1 Class A certified: about 30 dB of speech level reduction with an RT60 of 0.25 seconds. A normal conversation inside is not intelligible outside. All glass is 0.44-inch laminated.

Yes. Quiet fans replace all the air about once a minute, even in the XL. A motion sensor runs them only while the pod is occupied.

Plug into any standard 15-amp, 120 V outlet with the 8-foot cord. No electrician. Inside: two tamper-resistant outlets, USB-A and USB-C fast charging, a dimmable motion-sensing light, and a surge protector.

Yes. The panels block sound, not signal, so WiFi works normally. A wired ethernet port is available as an add-on.

Yes, shipping is free to commercial addresses in the continental US. Installation is quoted separately by region, access, and pod count; we can run the full dock-to-floor install or hand off flat-packed.

We provide one. Send the certificate holder, any additional insured language, and coverage limits with your order, and we coordinate it with the carrier and installer before your delivery date.

Crated and flat-packed. S through L ship in one crate; the L Pod Plus and XL in two. We confirm crate sizes before shipping, which matters for docks and freight elevators. We ship across the US and Canada by LTL freight and can arrange liftgate or inside delivery.

A one-person booth is a quick two-person job, and an experienced facilities team can self-install the smaller models. For the L, L Pod Plus, and XL we recommend professional assembly: a trained crew aligns the panels and door seal so the pod hits its rated acoustics.

Yes. Every pod sits on leveling feet with concealed casters, so it repositions easily and can be disassembled to relocate. We can quote a disassembly and reassembly visit.

Check with your building or fire marshal; requirements usually apply to the larger pods. We support either a sprinkler drop-through or a self-contained suppression unit on top, and spec it on the quote.

Seven exteriors: White, Light Grey, Charcoal, Oak, Red, Orange, and Green. Fourteen interior colorways, from Ash and Charcoal to Merlot and Cobalt. White with the Ash interior is the Quick-Ship configuration; everything else is Made-to-Order.

Yes. The M, SL, L, and XL take a partial or full solid back wall for mounting a display (up to 34 inches on the M). The L and L Pod Plus can add a wall-mounted meeting table, and on the L Pod that combination is Quick-Ship. Custom back walls are otherwise Made-to-Order.

Switchable privacy glass, frosted film, a Bluetooth audio module, an integrated height-adjustable desk, ethernet, a wireless charger, and branded side panels. Any of these moves the order to Made-to-Order. Furniture stays Quick-Ship on every pod.

Yes, left or right hinge on standard and Arc pods (the ADA layout is fixed). Door orientation is set at build, so a flipped door is Made-to-Order.

Yes. The locking handle is a Quick-Ship add-on.

Yes. The L ADA Pod and XL ADA Pod include an ultra-thin base plate for flush wheelchair entry, a wide doorway, an automatic door opener and closer, a touchless switch, and fold-away furniture. We can help spec mixed ADA and standard floorplans.

Two: the L ADA (4-person meeting) and the XL ADA (6-person conference), with the same accessibility features in different footprints. The Arc Series is not ADA compliant.

ISO 23351-1 was written for office pods: it tests the whole pod as a system and reports speech-level reduction in decibels. NIC is a general wall-and-partition metric. Both use dB, and 30 dB means real privacy in either, but they are not interchangeable. PrivacyPod, Framery, and PoppinPod publish ISO 23351-1; ROOM and Zenbooth publish NIC.
