What is the average assembly time?

How soundproof are the pods?

PrivacyPod booths meet ISO 23351-1 standards for sound insulation, boasting an STC (Sound Transmission Class) rating of 30dB (±3dB) and a RT (Reverberation Time) of 0.25s(±0.1s).

What does all of this mean?
STC of 30dB: Our pods suppress outside noise by 30dB.
RT0.25s: Only takes 1/4 of a second for sound energy to decrease by 60dB!

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a 3-year warranty on all of our privacy pods (valid from the date of purchase). The warranty covers hardware, materials and workmanship when used appropriately by our recommended guidelines. We stand behind our product's durability and structural integrity.

Can I move the pod?

Certainly! While the acoustic quality of your sound pod is our top priority, we have also dedicated significant effort to ensure its mobility. Our sound pods are designed for easy movement - they can be either disassembled or maneuvered around the office using our specialized moving kits, which you can find in the accessories section.

What type of power do your pods take?

All of our pods are designed to connect easily to a standard 120V outlet.

How can I be assured in quality?

Throughout every stage, from supply chain and production to its arrival at our warehouse, our product undergoes rigorous quality checks and testing. Crafted with aviation-grade alloy, high-speed train standard glass, and advanced technological assembly methods, we assure 100% satisfaction with our products.

What is the shipping time?

Our privacy pods arrive in a shipping crate at the delivery address in approximately 8-10 weeks.

We also provide an expedited shipping option to the US of 3-5 weeks at checkout.

How will my delivery be arranged?

As soon as your product is prepared for delivery, our logistics team will reach out to inform you of the available delivery days in your area. They will coordinate with you to schedule a suitable delivery time. Please be aware that these items are delivered on a pallet. It is important to consider factors like access points, elevator availability, and sufficient space for assembling the product.

What's the cost for delivery?

We are pleased to offer free shipping, which is a curbbside-only delivery suitable for self-assembly. Should you require assembly services, please contact us directly for a quote. Be ready to discuss details regarding delivery access, including access to the office where the pod will be assembled, elevator dimensions, parking or delivery restrictions, as well as the most convenient time and day for delivery.

What about discounts?

Our acoustic sound pods are priced 30-50% lower than our competitors, providing excellent value. While this pricing strategy limits our ability to offer discounts on small orders, we are happy to offer discounts starting from a quantity of two units.
