Warranty

1. WARRANTY LENGTH

Your new PrivacyPod booth or meeting pod (“Pod”) is warranted for three (3) years from the ship date shown on the original invoice.

2. WHO & WHERE

• Covers the original purchaser and the original address of installation

• Valid in the contiguous USA and Canada (except AK, HI and remote territories)

• Non-transferable except where local law requires otherwise

3. WHAT WE COVER

Defects in materials or workmanship found in:

• Structural frame and glass panels

• Acoustic wall and ceiling modules

• Factory-installed lighting, ventilation assemblies and wiring harnesses

• Integrated power outlets and USB/USB-C ports

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period and the Pod has been used under normal conditions, PrivacyPod will—at our option—repair the part, supply a replacement part of equal or greater quality, or swap the entire Pod for a comparable model. We pay reasonable costs for parts, labor and standard technician travel when service is pre-authorized by us.

4. MAJOR EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

NORMAL WEAR & APPEARANCE

– Fabric pilling, fading or cushion softening

– Minor scratches, dents, color or grain variation in wood, metal or glass

CONSUMABLES & HIGH-WEAR PARTS

– Light bulbs, batteries, filters, seals, fans losing output over time, cables, casters, arm pads

THIRD-PARTY OR AFTER-MARKET ITEMS

– A/V equipment, software, accessories or furniture not supplied by PrivacyPod

– Products purchased through non-authorized resellers (their own warranty applies)

IMPROPER USE OR MODIFICATION

– Overloading structural elements, removing safety fasteners, drilling holes, seismic anchoring, paint or adhesive films, unauthorized repairs or relocation by non-certified movers

ENVIRONMENTAL & EXTERNAL EVENTS

– Water intrusion, fire, flood, extreme temperatures, power surges, vandalism, theft, carrier damage after first delivery

CLEANING & CHEMICAL DAMAGE

– Use of unapproved cleaning agents, abrasive pads, or topical treatments

BUSINESS INTERRUPTION & SECONDARY LOSS

– Downtime, lost data, revenue, or other consequential damages

Removal or defacement of the Pod’s serial label voids this warranty.

5. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and operate the Pod exactly as described in the User Manual

• Keep the Pod indoors on a level, dry surface (60 – 80 °F / 15 – 27 °C)

• Inspect periodically for loose fasteners or damage and report issues promptly

• Provide safe, unobstructed access for technicians when service is needed

6. MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

Email info@privacypod.ai or call (715) 600-6301 (Mon-Fri, 9 am – 7 pm ET).

Have ready:

  1. Sales order or invoice number
  2. Clear photos/video and a description of the issue

You will receive a Service Authorization Number and next-step instructions within two business days.

7. THE LEGAL STUFF

This Limited Warranty is the sole express warranty for PrivacyPod products. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES—INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE—ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
