How customizable are the pods?

Each standard pod offers 7 exterior shells and 14 interior colorways, 98 combinations before furniture, switchable glass, and back wall options. The Arc series adds 9 wrapped colorways of its own. Quick-Ship builds keep one finish; Made-to-Order opens the full palette.

Do you provide CAD and 3D files?

Yes. DWG plans and elevations plus STEP solids exist for every model and go out by email within 4 business hours. Request them through the form above or on the Design Files page.

Do you send finish samples?

Yes, physical exterior and interior samples ship free for client presentations and mood boards. Tick the sample boxes in the form above with the finishes you are considering.

Can you meet building COI requirements?

Yes. Send the certificate holder, additional insured language, and coverage limits, and we coordinate the COI with our carrier and installer before delivery.

What lead times should I plan around?

Quick-Ship configurations deliver in 1 to 2 weeks: every standard pod in White with the Ash interior, and the Arc series in Haze. Made-to-Order finishes and add-ons deliver in 9 to 11 weeks.

Where can my client see a pod in person?

Showrooms are open in Eau Claire, Charlotte, and Richmond, by appointment. Eau Claire keeps S, M, and L models on the floor; Charlotte and Richmond each display an S Pod. Dallas and San Francisco open in 2026, New York and Los Angeles in 2027. The contact page has the map and addresses.
