- Shipping confirmation email – You’ll receive an email with your bill of lading number, estimated arrival window, and the carrier’s tracking link.
- Dedicated order‑status portal – Log in anytime to view real‑time updates, documents, and milestone alerts (in‑transit, customs clearance, delivery scheduled, etc.).
- Carrier calls ahead – Because pods ship on a lift‑gate truck, the freight dispatcher phones 24–48 hours before arrival to set a delivery appointment.
- Installation updates – If you chose our white‑glove assembly, our install coordinator emails you the crew’s ETA and completes a post‑install photo report.
