How do I track my order?

The moment your PrivacyPod leaves our warehouse, we keep you in the loop every step of the way.

  1. Shipping confirmation email – You’ll receive an email with your bill of lading number, estimated arrival window, and the carrier’s tracking link.
  2. Dedicated order‑status portal – Log in anytime to view real‑time updates, documents, and milestone alerts (in‑transit, customs clearance, delivery scheduled, etc.).
  3. Carrier calls ahead – Because pods ship on a lift‑gate truck, the freight dispatcher phones 24–48 hours before arrival to set a delivery appointment.
  4. Installation updates – If you chose our white‑glove assembly, our install coordinator emails you the crew’s ETA and completes a post‑install photo report.
  5. Need help? – Our customer success team is available 8 a.m.–8 p.m. EST at +1 715‑600‑6301 or via support@privacypod.ai to answer tracking questions or adjust delivery details.
